1. Prodact Description
The properties of the machine are: strong practicability, stable machining process, fast speed, high efficiency and good surface quality. Due to the use of oil and gas lubrication device, the bearing life is prolonged many times, and the spindle gearbox transmission can be changed by two gears, which is more stable and reliable than the original synchronous belt structure, convenient to operate, and more suitable for rotating speed and machining range. Online tool adjustment can be realized in the process of machining. After adding the detection point, the closed-loop on-line automatic material diameter control can be realized. The extracting trolley is driven by hydraulic proportional valve and directly controlled by encoder signal. The whole line of equipment has a high degree of automation. The equipment has two sets of working system:automatic and manual control, and interchangeable.
