YMD250 belt sander polishing machine is specially designed for the bars with high requirements for surface roughness. The main technical parameters and functions are as follows.
The spindle of this machine is hollow-core structure.There is a belt disc at the front end of the main spindle. 2 sets of motors are symmetrically laid on the belt disc and drive the two belt wheel rotate respectively. The abrasive belt were fit on the belt wheel.
The whole disc rotates on its own axis driven by main motor while the belts rotate respectively with high speed driven by belt wheels and revolves with the disc at the same time, the planetary rotary belts grind the workpiece uniformly.
The workpiece moves in the axial direction driven by the pinch device and the rolls device to pass through the main spindle and finish grinding.The 2 groups of high-speed rotating belts are controlled by 2 electric cylinders respectively to achieve the movement of opening and closing. The positioning device on the belt disc adjusts the diameter changes and grinding strength for bars of different diameters. The machine is practicable with stable processing process, high speed, high efficiency and good surface quality.

The machine itself has screw fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.

 

The fourth layer 

In a container, by compact layout, reducing the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforcing between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
