Product Description

Large Bar Double Head Milling and Chamfering Machine

Grinding wheel series deburring machine is a special equipment used for removing the burr on two sides of metal bar, to improve the appearance quality of steel products and also provide a reliable guarantee for finishing and flaw detection.

The equipment mainly includes loading rack , feeding mechanism, aligning roller, couple wheels rotation rollers (slope) , stepping mechanism , de burring part, unloading rack , pneumatic system, grease lubrication system, electric system and automatic system.

PRODUCT FEATURES
Servo system control is adopted and parameter adjustment is completed by one key;
The feeding bench can avoid the surface damage of tube and bar during operation;
The flat supporting mechanism has strong bar bearing and transportation capacity, which effectively improves the production capacity;

Packing & Delivery

We have a lot of experience in exporting transportation packaging.
Taking multi-protection measures:

The first layer
The special components with foam film and stretch film are done to avoid moisture.  

Second layer
inside of the plywood box, adopting a small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix it.  
  

Third layer
the machine itself has screw-fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.  

Fourth layer
in a container, by compact layout, reducing the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforce between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
