Equipment Features

1.  Material: The body adopts FC30(Michana) advanced cast iron, after quenching and tempering treatment and aging to eliminate pressure, wear resistance, deformation to the minimum.
2.  Worktable treatment: worktable guide rail precision grinding and ultra-thick Teflon wear plate, base slide rail surface precision grinding and artificial tank scraping, to ensure long-term accuracy, rectangular guide rail high-frequency heat treatment quenching.
3. Transmission system: X.Y.Z three-axis adopts precision ball screw drive, which makes the feed more smooth and smooth. The moving gear has been heat treated, precision grinding, abrasion resistance, and excellent stability in recutting.
4.  Milling head: Taiwan 10HP powerful cutting type milling head, pneumatic locking cutter, change the general milling machine with manual locking tool, quick and convenient.
