Compared to traditional band-sawing methods, the circular saw technology of the HG-1310 significantly increases processing speed while reducing labor costs and material waste, greatly optimizing the input-output ratio.
High Efficiency: While traditional band saws operate at a cutting speed of 2.5-3 mm/min, the HG-1310 achieves a speed of 200-300 mm/min when cutting S45C steel at 100 mm thickness and 800 mm width. It completes the cut in just 3-4 minutes, enhancing efficiency by 5 to 8 times and significantly reducing processing time.
High Precision: The cutting face achieves a perpendicularity of ≤0.30 mm/100 mm, linearity of ≤0.10 mm/800 mm, and surface roughness of ≤Ra 6.3μm. This high precision in cutting minimizes the need for further processing and enhances product quality.

Packaging & Shipping
We have a lot of experience in exporting transportation packaging.
Taking multi-protection measures:
The first layer The special components with foam film and stretch film are done to avoid moisture.
The second layer is inside the plywood box, adopting a small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix it.
Third layer the machine itself has screw fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.
Fourth layer in a container, by compact layout, reduces the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforce between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
