Product Description

Series JY straightening machine is mainly used for precision straightening and calendering for the bar/tube after peeling or grinding and rough pre-straightening for the black bar. After straightening, the straightness of the material can get 0.15mm/m, the surface roughness can get Ra≤0.6-1.0μm.

The machine adopts special curve between upper and lower straightening rolls to realize calendering and straightening at the same time.

This machine includes two-beam and four-column structure, prestressed structure and frame structure.

Application

This machine is suitable for round bar/tube of all kinds of material.

1. ferrous metal material, such as  structural steel, alloy steel, spring steel, bearing steel, tool steel.

2.  non-ferrous metal material, such as copper alloy, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, titanium and titanium alloy.

Taking multi protection measures:

 

The first layer 

Wrapping with foam film and stretch film for the special components, in order to avoid moisture.

 

The second layer 

Inside of plywood box, adopting small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix.

 

The third layer 

The machine itself has screw fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.

 

The fourth layer 

In a container, by compact layout, reducing the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforcing between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
