Unit introduction
YM250SA abrasive belt grinding machine is a planetary abrasive belt grinding machine designed specifically for polishing needs with high surface roughness requirements of processed materials. The main technical parameters and functions are as follows;
The main shaft of the machine is a hollow mechanism, and the front end is equipped with a sand belt disc. Two sets of rocker arm devices are respectively installed on the sand belt disc. The main motor is driven by the chain, fixed gear and planetary gear to drive the two belt wheels to rotate at high speed, and the belt wheels are equipped with a sand belt. The whole belt disk rotates at the same time under the drive of the main motor, and the belt rotates at a high speed to achieve the purpose of grinding the outer diameter of round steel on average. The processed material moves axially under the drive of the clamping device and the roller device of the auxiliary machine, and passes through the belt grinding spindle to complete the grinding. The opening and closing of two groups of high-speed rotating sand belts are controlled by two cylinders respectively under the control of the detection point, so as to achieve different feeding requirements. For processing materials with different diameters, a positioning device is designed on the sand belt disc, which can easily adjust the change of material diameter and grinding intensity.
The machine has strong practicability, stable machining process, fast speed, high efficiency and good surface quality.
