This machine uses external power pull and convey wire rod,make the wire rod through the shot blast cabinets. Chose the advanced high efficiency and energy saving of shot blasting machine, the forced outward high-speed projectile with a dense, hit wire surface, make the rust layer, the scale and dirt falls off quickly, exposed defects on the surface of the wire, and get a clean surface with certain roughness, meet the requirements of surface for next sequence of drawing machine or inspection machine.

 

The main functional parts of this machine are cleaning cabinet, shot blasting device, shots circulation system (including elevator, separator, vertical and horizontal screw conveyor and shot supply pipeline), dust collector, electrical control and other parts (see general drawing).

 

This machine can clean the wire continuously with high efficiency by continuous feeding. When the wire rod is drawn into the projectile area inside the cleaning machine cabinet by external power, the whole body is hit and rubbed by strong and dense projectiles, which makes the oxide skin, rust layer and dirt on the wire rod fall off quickly, and the wire rod surface will be smooth and clean with certain roughness.
