Profile

Five-head 2m5035-5M is specially used for rough and fine grinding and polishing of long rod&pipe workpiece. There are five groups of grinding heads in this equipment. The first two groups of grinding heads can realize the exchange of grinding wheels and abrasive belts, and the last three groups of grinding heads are abrasive belt grinding heads. Grinding wheels and abrasive belts are used to grind and polish the outer surface of the workpiece. The workpiece can be continuously machined in batches or single head and multi-head, which has the characteristics of stable machining accuracy, good surface quality, high efficiency, The characteristic of low labor intensity. The loading and unloading rack is pneumatic control and the grinding process is wet grinding mode, which can control the grinding quality and improve the production environment more stably. It is suitable for mass production of pipe and bar parts.
