The rolling mill is a two-roller long-stroke ring-hole type cold rolling mill, and is custom-designed for the characteristics of stainless steel materials. It is a high-efficiency, high-precision cold rolling mill. The equipment features are as follows:

In view of the high-precision requirements for finished tubes dimensions, this equipment is customized from the following two aspects.

(1)Improve the outer diameter dimensional accuracy of finished tubes:
Adopt closed frame with high rigidity and small deformation ;
The assembly bearing adopts plane bearing, which has much smaller clearance and rolling clearance than other bearings.
The roller assembly is made of elastic nylon, which has a longer life and less elasticity than traditional metal springs. The above three can improve the dimensional stability of the outer diameter of the finished tube and improve the product accuracy .

(2) Reduce the wall thickness deviation of finished tubes:
The AC servo-controlled rotary feeding system is adopted. The feeding range and rotation angle range are accurate and reliable, and the positive and negative rotation can be adjusted steplessly. The feeding and rotating modes can be selected into double -return double -feeding , double-return single-feeding and single-return single-feeding . The rolling force is evenly distributed, the axial force is reduced , the outer diameter and wall thickness deviation of the finished tube are significantly reduced , and the yield rate is improved .
