Product Discription
The combined drawing machine is a high-precision, high-efficiency, stable performance metal rod pipe professional processing equipment. It draws wire rods once and shapes them, and then special equipment for precision bright bars is produced after straightening and cutting. It also has precise geometry, good surface roughness(also called smoothness), high dimensional accuracy, and improved production efficiency, reduce labor and site costs and other advantages.
The unit has the following functions: unwinding, initial straightening, drawing, fine straightening, length cutting, feeding, calendering, straightening, and product collection. Multi-step process in one of the fully automated processing equipment, and can process a variety of special-shaped materials, such as round, hexagonal, square, flat saquare and many other profiles.
