This equipment is a LJ220 type 7-roller precision straightening machine, designed for straightening ordinary steel bars with diameters ranging from Ø50mm to Ø170mm, includes a set of LJ 220 vertical seven- roller bar straightening machine. (including loading roller and unloading roller )

Straightness: ≤ 1 mm/m. It is the data obtained by subtracting the ovality deviation from the measured value. The straightness of the two ends of the bar and the larger or smaller diameter is larger.

Straightening speed: about 0-20 m/min. The designed maximum speed is 20 m/ min. The speed should be reduced for bars with high strength, high hardness, large or small diameter, large roundness, and large original straightness.

rapping with foam film and stretch film for the special components, in order to avoid moisture.

Second layer
nside of plywood box, adopting small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix.

Third layer
the machine itself has screw fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.

Fourth layer
in a container, by compact layout, reducing the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforcing between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
