It is suitable for grinding the outer circle surface of large-scale hot-rolled steel pipe, round steel, and forged round bar. According to the different requirements of the surface roughness of the bar, the polishing head can be added, and the roughness can reach 6.3.
This grinding equipment can realize both functions of automatic peeling and grinding of the hole steel surface and manual control of point grinding. Besides, it is simple to operate and easy to maintain the Large-scale Bar Grinding Machine.

The first layer

Second layer
inside of the plywood box, adopting a small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix it.
Third layer
the machine itself has screw-fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.
Fourth layer
in a container, by compact layout, reducing the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforce between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
