Introduction
The line is for 4 bars simultaneous for dia. 40 mm to 120mm in length from 3 meters to 6.5 meters. The chroming tanks are creating 4 chroming layers on 15-40 microns with a very high corrossion resistance. It mainly consists of automatic loading system, pre-processing system before plating, chromium electroplating system, automatic unloading system, chromium mist purification system, chromic acid mist recovery treatment system and electronic control system.
Main Technical Features
1.1 This system is energy conservative and environment protective and the waste water discharged contains no chromium. Before and after plating, the cleaning water (waste water containing chromium) flows into the waste liquid collecting treatment tank, where the waste liquid is cleaned and treated. When the mother tank level needs replenishing, the treated chrome-containing waste water will be replenished back to the mother tank, which complements the evaporation and decomposition of the plating liquid.
1.2 The exhaust air of this system adopts efficient chromium fog treatment system for purification and absorption, and finally reaches the standard emission. The chromium mist purifying system consists of the suction pipe, the chromic acid recovery device, the fan and the acid fog purifying tower, and the chromium fog purifying tower adopts the twin tower series connection. The suction pipe connects the electroplating tank, the chromic acid recycler, the fan and the acid mist purification tower in series. For gas-liquid separation, the chromic acid fog produced will get into the chromic acid recycler through the pipe under the negative pressure created by the fan. The separated chromic acid liquid directly returns to the waste liquid collecting tank through the pipelines. The separated chromic fog will be cleaned and absorbed in 1 # and 2 # acid mist purification towers. After that, it can reach the discharging standard and will be finally discharged.
1.3 The spacing between the workpiece and the anode is small, the workpiece passes through the anode and advances at a constant speed, so the uniformity of the coating is better in the circle or in the direction of the axis.
1.4 Adopt multi layer chromium plating technology. Chromium plating on chromium has been realized. Thus greatly improving the electroplating efficiency and chromium layer corrosion resistance.
1.5 The device adopts multi-channel through plating technology, which can realize continuous chromium plating of multi bars and greatly improve the plating efficiency of equipment. (for example, 4 bars plated at the same time)
