1.Product description
The YM80SA belt polishing machine is specially designed for the polishing needs of the processed materials with high surface roughness requirements. The main technical parameters and functions are as follows;
The main shaft of this machine is a hollow mechanism, with a belt disc installed at the front end. Two sets of rocker devices are installed on the belt disc and arranged symmetrically. The main motor drives two pulleys to rotate at high speed through the chain, fixed gear and planetary gear. The belt disc is driven by the main motor, and the belt rotates at high speed to achieve the purpose of average grinding of the outer diameter of the round steel. The processed material moves under the drive of the clamping device and the roller auxiliary device, passes through the belt grinding spindle, and completes the grinding. The two sets of high-speed rotating belts are controlled by two cylinders to open and close respectively under the control of the detection point to achieve the purpose of different feed requirements. For materials of different diameters, the belt disc is designed with a positioning device, which can conveniently adjust the change of material diameter and grinding intensity. A set of adjustable guide mechanism is set in the hollow shaft.
The machine is highly practical, with stable processing, fast speed, high efficiency and good surface quality.
