Equipment Features

1.Material; The body adopts FC30(Michana) advanced cast iron, after quenching and tempering treatment and aging to eliminate pressure, wear resistance, deformation to the minimum.
2.Worktable treatment: precision grinding of worktable guide rail and Japanese original wear-resistant paste, precision grinding of base slide rail surface and manual scraping, to ensure long-term accuracy, rectangular guide rail high-frequency heat treatment quenching.
3. Transmission system: XY.Z three axis adopts precision ball screw drive, the feed is smoother
