Product Introduction
XUM-1808GS-5NC High precision CNC centerless grinding machine adopts modular design, which is composed of nine parts: bed body, grinding wheel, regulating wheel, feed, CNC dressing, feeding unit, electrical control unit, constant temperature lubrication unit and cooling unit.
The specific structure of each part is as follows:
1.Sand wheel shaft adopts static pressure spindle support structure, never wear in the case of spindle oil circulation, has the advantages of high precision, strong rigidity, good stability and so on.
2.Grinding wheel spindle lubrication unit adopts refrigeration constant temperature cooling system, the working temperature can be adjusted according to the demand, which can effectively prevent the thermal deformation and mechanical wear caused by the temperature rise of the spindle.
3.The guide wheel shaft adopts the front bearing bush double support structure, which has extremely high bearing capacity and turning precision. The rotary drive of the regulating wheel is completed by the servo motor acceleration and deceleration machine. The regulating wheel rotation speed is controlled by the servo drive, the servo motor frequency conversion speed regulation. The grinding speed required by various machining processes can be adjusted in real time during the machining process.
4.Machine feed adopts servo motor, screw bearing seat and high precision T-screw for digital drive control, minimum feed: 0.001mm. Accurate and stable feed.
5.Grinding wheel dressing, servo motor and ball screw are used for free programming control (transverse and longitudinal), guide wheel dressing copying plate.
