HG2M5035-5M Five-head grinding wheel (abrasive belt) grinding machine is developed by Yantai Haige Machine Tool Co.,LTD. It is specially used for coarse and fine grinding and polishing of long rod workpiece.The equipment has five sets of grinding heads.The first two sets of grinding heads are coarse grinding, The grinding heads of the last three groups were semi-fine grinding and fine grinding,  Abrasive belt is used to grind and polish the outer circle of the workpiece Workpiece rotation and continuous feeding, with stacking frame and automatic loading and unloading frame,Pieces can be batch continuous processing or single head, multi - head processing It has the characteristics of stable processing accuracy, good surface quality, high efficiency, low processing cost and low labor intensity.The loading and unloading Rack adopts pneumatic control, and the grinding process adopts wet grinding mode, which can more stably control the grinding quality and improve the production environment. It is suitable for the batch production of the outer round surface processing of pipe and bar parts.
