XBJ1500 Gantry High Speed Milling Machine

Our Milling Machine features are that the spindle box is equipped with 5 φ350 face milling cutters, which are arranged in three rows in a staggered manner . We not only increases the speed of the cutters, but also the large span of the cutter arrangement enables the processing of plates with a larger width at one time. This makes the equipment have the characteristics of high processing efficiency and surface quality that can meet the requirements of rough processing, thus ensuring that customers can greatly improve work efficiency and effectively reduce costs.

 

Product Features

 The lower part of the spindle box is equipped with 5 face milling cutters with an outer diameter of φ350 (each with 12 or 14 blades); they are arranged in a 2+2+1 three-row staggered arrangement; they can machine the surface of the plate within the designed width at one time; the processing efficiency is high.
 

The machine tool body is made of HT250 cast iron, which has undergone heat aging, vibration aging and secondary aging treatments to fully eliminate the internal stress of the casting.
To ensure the processing quality and improve the processing efficiency, it is equipped with a coolant device; The spindle box is equipped with 2 counterweights to achieve balance.

Taking multi-protection measures:

The first layer
The special components with foam film and stretch film are done to avoid moisture.  

Second layer
inside of the plywood box, adopting a small square plywood block and strapping belt to fix it.  
  

Third layer
the machine itself has screw fixing holes, so it can be tightly fixed on the bottom of the plywood box through screw and nut.  

Fourth layer
in a container, by compact layout, reducing the gap between boxes to avoid shaking. At the same time, reinforce between the bottom of the container and plywood boxes once again, furthermore using hanging steel wire protection.
