All precision datum surfaces, such as between the spindle head and spindle, between the ball screw mounting objects and mounting surfaces, are used for manual scraping and repairing precision, and the contact rate can be maximized to obtain a reliable support datum. Through scraping and grinding operation, the amount of a time is about 1-3μm, and the flatness, straight Angle and true straightness which are difficult to be achieved by mechanical processing can be obtained to ensure the excellent quality of the machine.

Equipment Features

1. Material: The body adopts FC30([Michaner] advanced cast iron casting, after quenching and tempering treatment and aging to eliminate pressure, wear resistance, deformation to the minimum.
2. Bed: machine tool adopts gantry frame structure, slider movement adopts more advanced oil pressure balance, the whole structure design is precise, stable and strong.
3. Worktable treatment: precision grinding of worktable guide rail and ultra-thick Teflon wear plate, precision grinding of base slide rail surface and manual scraping, to ensure long-term accuracy, rectangular guide rail high-frequency heat treatment quenching.
4. Transmission system: X axis adopts precision ball screw double nut drive, feed more smooth, wear resistance, Y\Z axis adopts Taiwan precision rectangular screw drive strong bearing force, stable transmission, excellent heavy cutting stability.
5. Milling head: Taiwan 10HP powerful cutting type milling head, pneumatic locking cutter, changed - like milling machine with manual locking tool, quick and convenient.
6. Feed system: The three-way feed is driven by Taiwan frequency conversion motor and shown by Taiwan Marriott digital display grating ruler to ensure the accuracy of the machine tool.
Lubrication system: automatic oiling device is adopted, which can be timed and quantitative to fully lubricate each transmission part. In particular, an independent circulating automatic refueling system is designed for the lubrication of the lathe body to ensure smooth operation of the machine tool.
